Store Policy

Order Processing & Shipping

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Shipping Time: After your order is processed, please allow an additional 3-7 business days for delivery, depending on your location. International orders may take longer.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. We offer standard and expedited shipping options.

  • Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please note, tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.

Preorder Orders

  • What is Preorder? Preorder items are products that are not currently in stock but are available for you to purchase in advance. These items will be shipped once they arrive at our warehouse.

  • Processing Time for Preorders: Preorder items typically ship within 6-8 weeks from the date of your order. We will notify you with an estimated shipping date at the time of purchase and send you an update once the item has shipped.

  • Partial Orders: If you order both in-stock and preorder items, they will be shipped together once all items are available. If you'd prefer to receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

  • Cancellations & Changes: Preorder items cannot be canceled or modified. 

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns: You can return unused and unworn items within 14 days of receiving your order. Please make sure the item is in its original condition with tags attached.

  • Exchanges: If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • We strive to provide you with the best quality, but in the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us immediately at taiyoukeichan@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will be happy to assist you in resolving the problem and offer a replacement or refund.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, we begin processing your order and cannot guarantee cancellation. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.

Privacy & Security

  • We value your privacy and take the security of your personal information seriously. All payments are processed securely via bank transfer, and we will never share your information with third parties without your consent. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
